Mission

Execute Retail Training Strategies based business goal and retail store team
development

Ensure high level of luxury client experience and strong client relationships
through initiate diverse training approaches

Cultivate store talents to develop their skill and nurture them to qualify as
experts
1.
Business Strategies Support Through Training Activities.
-
Provide training to achieve the business target and keep high level of client
experience.
-
Coach store management team to conduct effective in-store training &
coaching, to nurture store teams, providing on the spot observation of coaching
of store managers
-
Develop training material based on business strategies aligning with WW
training team’s material
-
Follow tangible indicators to measure the performance and business impact of
all training activities, monitors KPIs and seek continual improvement and
positive business impact

Retail Talent Development (Mainly Experts and Store Managers)
-
Design and planning all training session, collaborate with Retail,
Merchandising, HR, CRM, VM, AFSS (Fur Expert, Styling Export, CRM Ambassador,
VM Ambassador, AFSS Ambassador, Store Manager)

Preparation before training (training needs assessment, development of training
contents, scheduling trainings considering retail calendar, participation
selections)

Conduct trainings (mainly SM, Department Manager, Experts, Ambassadors, Some of
Induction)
-
Follow up after training (assess ROI of training, evaluate effectiveness of
training programs, identify further training needs)

Korea Retail Training Management

Retail training budget planning & cost control
-
Create training module to support VIC events (i.e. trunk show, in-store event)
-
Execute expertized training program in collaboration with external training
providers (i.e. styling class, leadership coaching, leather academy, etc)
-
Roll out and follow up on client Experience Evaluation Program (Mystery
Shopping & NPS)

Monitor training progress and evaluate effectiveness of training programs (i.e.
classroom, e-learning contents, cost, material, environment)
-
Support People Development strategies

Global Training Strategies Support
-
Organize monthly experts webinar sessions conducted by HQ training team (Fur
expert, Men’s, Leather Goods, Styling, etc)
-
Preparation of monthly HQ retail training seminar (Best practice sharing)
-
Roll out and follow up WW training project
-
e-Learning contents final check and correction before uploading to official
e-learning website and transition quality monitoring
-
Monthly training report consolidation & maintenance
